Guild Rules

1. This guild plays for fun, negative influence such as whining or greed will not be tolerated.

2. No disrespectful behavior towards guild members, other players or guilds (this includes all forms of racism and discriminating remarks or actions).

3. Scheduled raids, quests or other large scale events must be attended if no legitimate reason exists for not taking part. (All non-game activities are of course legitimate reasons)

4. If internal conflicts occur between 2 members they will have to settle this conflict on their own or leave the guild. Do not use GUILD CHAT to settle your conflicts.

5. Inactive members will, after guild voting, be erased from the guild list.

6. Don't discuss guild private matters with non guild members.

7. Do not make applications to other guilds while still being a member of Rebirth. We understand members wanting a change or wanting to move on but if you wish to do so, announce it then leave the guild before applying somewhere else.

Breaking any of the rules may result on a ban from raiding or kick from the guild.

Raid Rules (Updated)

1. Only Officers can schedule raids. Lower ranked guildies then officers can only open topics to 5-men dungeons (normal or heroic), group quests or pvp bg/arena, if they don't conflict with the normal raiding schedule.

2. Do as your Raid Leader tells you to do. Suggestions are appreciated but have in mind that discussions during the raid will slow us all down, so be as quick as possible.

3. Bring all the stuff needed for the raid, reagents for buffs, shards for summoning, potions, bandages, ammo, etc... If it is found that you haven't come prepared to the raid, you may be replaced.

4. Be on time for raids. If you are late without prior warning to either an officer or through a note on the raid sign up, you will forfeit your raid spot.

5. Repair before the raid. If it is found that you haven't repaired prior to the raid, you may be replaced.

6. Don't go AFK in any raid without letting the RL know. If you do you will be replaced from the raid after 10 mins AFK.

7. Don't argue with the RL or ML during raids, he has enough on his mind, save it for after the raid. Failure to comply will constitute removal from the raid.

8. Respond promptly to direction and orders. If you are told to stand at a spot by the raid leader, go there, quickly. If you don't understand the order, just ask. Do not just stand there or we will think you are AFK. If you are, see rule 6.

9. Don't leave raids without good reason or notifying your RL, before the raid, that you will not be able to stay for the entire duration before the raid starts.

10. Have all the raiding add-ons necessary and updated to attend the raid. Vent is also mandatory. You don't need to speak but we need you to be able to hear during the raid. Not having one will get you replaced and banned from raids until you have them.


Remember the raid is not there for you, there are as many as 9 or 24 other people on the raid relying on YOU and if you violate these rules or behave badly in any other manner on a raid, you are letting us all down and we don't need that...or you.

Loot System

25 men raids:

At the moment we raid 25 man instances together with Ex Ultra and to keep it simple we're using a simple need roll system. We use the same class priority as in WoW-Loot with some minor changes (Balance Druids and Elemental Shamans have same priority as other damaging caster classes due to lack of specific gear for them).

10 men raids

At the moment we are using a simple "need roll" system with class and specc restrictions, and the good old common sense...


Trialists

New members undergoing a trial period (normally around 2 weeks, but any promotion to full membership also depends on raid attendance and performance) will not have any priority on loot. They can, however, have access to loot if no other member wants it. Trialists also don't have priority on spots or loot on 25 man raids.

When the trial period is over, you will have equal rights as any other guild member.
